How did I start sewing:
Oh, you're still reading this!? ;) Funny story, in 2009 my hubs and I had just purchased our first home and I asked for curtains for Christmas. But surprise, Christmas morning my mother in law gifted me not curtains, but an awesome sewing machine instead! At the time i was tempted to run to Target, rip off labels and pretend I picked up sewing overnight (don't pretend that thought wouldn't cross your mind too!).. what turned into a home decorating project became a passion and now a way for me to work from home and enjoy the most important blessing of family...best gift ever!!!! I originally started off on Etsy in 2012 (Sweet Tweet Baby) sewing up custom baby items and holiday apparel but after baby #2 joined our party necessary break time occurred! During this time my first born decided she was over crawling on dirty floors, eating with her hands, and having all too frequent potty accidents, it was at this point I began creating dresses!
